Universal Satcom (US™) is a satellite communication system integrator founded by highly experienced professionals in the field of satcom. The company is incorporated to provide new methods to better meet technologically advanced communication needs expressed by customers, ensuring a timely and qualified technological and commercial support by means of highly specialized expertise.

Our know-how Universal Satcom has established special distribution agreements with major satcom providers and established strategic partnerships with operators of satellite earth stations all over the world. These collaborations allow Universal Satcom to offer a wide range of bespoke
telecommunications solutions, exclusive services and excellent value for money; while provisioning equipment, services, applications and value-added solutions for all satellite networks, for clients from O&G exploration and production (land and sea), aviation, government, survey, geosciences, piping, drilling or sub-marine cabling.

Senior Maritime VSAT Engineer

Yusiry is a Senior Satellite Marine Engineer who is highly skilled in troubleshooting, designing, constructing, maintaining, and repairing of all telecommunication equipment for all the variety of maritime vessels.

He has knowledge and expertise in a variety of systems including all VSAT & L-band. Yusiry is responsible for providing onsite & technical support for terrestrial systems and satellite earth stations/VSAT/ESV terminals. He is constantly working to find ways to improve the performance & efficiency of the vessels he works on, located anywhere in the world.

Kirolos

Operations Manager

Kirolos, Forward-thinking business operations manager focused on supporting cross-functional teams to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.

Retain strong leadership, interpersonal skills and advance strategic plans objectives set forth by management. Kirolos has wide experience in the satellite communication field, worked for multiple service providers in different positions for different business sectors like GSM operators, Oil&Gas, Maritime, Aero…etc.

Adnan

Satellite Marine Engineer

Adnan is a Satellite Marine Engineer at Universal Satcom. He is responsible for VSAT network (Maritime) Offshore and Onshore installation, service activation & remote technical customer (vessels) supporting.

He is an instrumental part of the team for conducting vessel technical site survey, troubleshooting and repairing of the VSAT systems before and after installation.

Telecom Engineer

Mbwana is a Telecom Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the ICT and Telecommunications industry. He currently works with the executive team at Universal Group of Company.

Mbwana’s expertise is in IP Networks, with certified in network Routing & Switching (CCNP), Unified Communication & Collaboration (CCVP), Network Design (CCDP), and basic IoT & Cyber-Security skills. At Universal Satcom, Mbwana is responsible for VSAT Network (Maritime) installation, configuration, service activation, troubleshooting, and technical support for customers (vessels). He is an instrumental
part of the team and has created a standard Network Layout for all VSAT & LAN Network installations, enhancing network security, quality of service, and timely troubleshooting.

Meenal is dedicated to implementing complete automation and leveraging new technologies for IT services, With a proven track record of digitizing assets for seven oil and gas refineries. Regina is the Head of Finance and Accounting. She joined the company in 2015, her main role is to oversee the accounting, audit, corporate governance, and compliance.

Before joining Universal Satcom, she was a consistent awardee of excellence from different international companies like Novo Nordisk Philippines, Bristol Myer Squibb North & Latin America Region, Accenture Philippines, Agri Dynamics & Livestock Development (ALDEC) and Super Value Inc. She graduated in 2008 with degree on Bachelor of Science  in Accountancy at Tomas Claudio Memorial College Morong Rizal- Philippines with special awards in Best Feasibility Study, with elective course on Computer System Design and Programming at AMA CLC- College.

Herman

Credit Control & Purchase

Herman is the Head of Credit Control and Purchasing. He joined the company in 2022, in short period of time he added value in developing rapport to customers and vendors.

Before joining Universal Satcom, he dedicates his loyalty and expertise to DLX Bags Philippines, Inc. – a manufacturing company that producing popular fashion bags such as Coach, Michael Kors, and Kate Spade. He graduated in 2017 with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Bataan.

Mohamed Faseel

Maritime VSAT Engineer

Faseel is a Marine Satellite Engineer and he graduated in “Master of Computer Applications”. Beginned his Carrier at one of the well-reputed Marine communication companies in UAE, He is now serving as Marine satellite Engineer at Universal Satcom.

He is a well-trained and developing Engineer, expertized in Satellite Communication (VSAT, TVRO, etc) GSM, Marine Satcom/Navcom, Customer service, and Technical Support. He is responsible for Supporting the team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes. He used his knowledge and experience at Universal Satcom to analyze existing systems and operations to develop preventative maintenance strategies, identify potential problems, notify the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, monitor processes, workers, and methods, and develop plans for increased efficiency. He is also Conducting required research and development best practices, coordinating with other Engineers and crew members to ensure quality products and services.
